Civil War Home Remodel

XENIA, OH

The project involved renovating a pre-Civil War home, which originally featured solid masonry construction with exterior walls and most interior walls being 3 bricks thick. The primary aim of the project was to eliminate the outdated compartments and poor layout from 1851, while integrating modern hosting capabilities without compromising the property’s old-world charm.
