TCS 4th grader gives sacrificially

Dr. Gary Wilber, superintendent of Troy Christian Schools, was speaking in the elementary chapel and updated the students on the Phase 2 gymnasium project.  Dr. Wilber led the students in prayer for the safety of the workers, future generations to be impacted, and financial generosity of those who love TCS.  After the chapel, a 4th grade boy handed Dr. Wilber an envelope.  The little boy said it was his Christmas money, but he wanted to give toward the project.  AMAZING!! For his generosity, Brentwood Builders bought this young man a construction hard hat with the "Project Manager" label.

Phase 2 of the “Enlarging the Tent” (Isaiah 54:2) campaign for Troy Christian Schools is well under way.  The 16,000 square foot two-story building addition is up thanks to a mild winter and a great work crew.  The gym floor is a regulation sized high school floor with six basketball hoops and bleacher seating to accommodate 275.  The addition will also feature a commercial kitchen, two classrooms on the main floor, and four classrooms on the mezzanine level.  The locker rooms will be a part of a remodel of the existing building where the new addition attaches to the existing building.
