Critical Factor:

A significant degree of engineering was required for the foundation due to its proximity to the river and its flood plain. Because of Brentwood's understanding of EPA, county, and client interests, the flood plain challenges were managed successfully and this client currently enjoys early mornings watching the water & wildlife from their residence.

Choosing a builder on the basis of a design or a price per sq. ft. is not a complete decision analysis. In this case, Brentwood's expertise in preparing the lot for construction was as valuable as their quality of craftsmanship on the home.
