There are always challenges in dealing with old buildings. Brentwood was able to make all the floor transitions line up in an out of level house, build a full basement in the addition next to a turn of the century cellar, drill a new well and eliminate the old, and tear down part of the existing structure while protecting the existing building from the elements.
