Brentwood Properties, Inc., is a sister company to Brentwood Builders, Inc. Brentwood Properties, Inc., expands the strength and scope of Brentwood Builders to assist clients by offering construction and lease back to qualified clients. Its holdings include both residential and commercial properties.
BPI continues to seek acquisitions for its portfolio. BPI holds several properties for development purposes. Three such developments are Creekside Condominiums, Hearthstone Inn & Suites, and Brentwood's corporate office. Currently under development is Cedarville Crossings retail and professional condominiums, which will be located along the bike path in Cedarville.
